Tim and his amazing teammates, Chris and Logan, did a perfect job finishing the conversion of a bathtub area to washer/dryer area. Tim went above and beyond to find matching floor tile. Chris and Logan were so professional, timely, and cleaned up the construction area at the end without a speck of dust remaining. Tim and his team truly exceeded my expectations and I look forward to hiring them again for our next project.

He did an amazing full renovation to our place in Santa Barbara within the projected timeframe & was fantastic to work with from start to finish. As a meticulous homeowner & skilled DIY’er I have seen so many contractors try to take shortcuts through a project. I often see high quality materials ruined in poor installation on other people’s remodels. Luckily Tim and his partner Chris are the type of people with the integrity, skills & patience to do things correctly which is a rare find in today’s rushed world, and the results are a cut above. Tim did a beautiful job remodeling my master bath. He was helpful choosing fixtures and tiles. He showed up when he said he would, and let us know when he couldn’t . We hired Tim Reynolds Construction to do some remedial work on our home related to dry rot and termite damage. This involved installing new support beams in decks and a deck roof, repairing or replacing deck railings, renovating and replacing shade beams for a carport and other tasks.
