We’d been putting off our kitchen renovation for years because it felt like such a big project. Tim Reynolds Construction made the whole experience surprisingly easy. They listened to what we wanted, kept us updated throughout the remodel, and the finished kitchen looks absolutely amazing. It's now the favourite room in our home.

Tim and his amazing teammates, Chris and Logan, did a perfect job finishing the conversion of a bathtub area to washer/dryer area. Tim went above and beyond to find matching floor tile. Chris and Logan were so professional, timely, and cleaned up the construction area at the end without a speck of dust remaining. Tim and his team truly exceeded my expectations and I look forward to hiring them again for our next project.

If you value high quality work & someone who communicates well throughout the whole project, Tim Reynolds is the one to choose. He did an amazing full renovation to our place in Santa Barbara within the projected timeframe & was fantastic to work with from start to finish. As a meticulous homeowner & skilled DIY’er I have seen so many contractors try to take shortcuts through a project. I often see high quality materials ruined in poor installation on other people’s remodels. Luckily Tim and his partner Chris are the type of people with the integrity, skills & patience to do things correctly which is a rare find in today’s rushed world, and the results are a cut above. On top of being skilled at the building and finishing aspects, he is creative and suggested several changes along the way that improved our final product. Tim did a beautiful job remodeling my master bath. He was helpful choosing fixtures and tiles. He showed up when he said he would, and let us know when he couldn’t . We hired Tim Reynolds Construction to do some remedial work on our home related to dry rot and termite damage. This involved installing new support beams in decks and a deck roof, repairing or replacing deck railings, renovating and replacing shade beams for a carport and other tasks.
