    We hired Tim Reynolds Construction to do some remedial work on our home related to dry rot and termite damage. This involved installing new support beams in decks and a deck roof, repairing or replacing deck railings, renovating and replacing shade beams for a carport and other tasks. We were delighted with the outcome. They finished the job on time and at a reasonable price. We recommend Tim Reynolds Construction enthusiastically and without reservations. See more See less

He didn’t just stick to his own trade—he took ownership of the entire remodel, overseeing every detail and making sure things were done right the first time. On multiple occasions, Tim caught mistakes before they happened—like ensuring all our electrical outlets were placed correctly and wired with the proper voltage.     Tim went above and beyond for us!! Even with it being such a big project, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and communicative throughout. He and his whole team were so skilled and solved issues before I even realized there might be one. When a couple of issues came up during the process, he jumped on them right away. The quality of his work is stellar, and everything turned out beyond our expectations. Any materials I needed he was on it, anything I called to ask him about he had already taken care of.     Tim did a beautiful job remodeling my master bath. He was helpful choosing fixtures and tiles. He showed up when he said he would, and let us know when he couldn’t . We were pleased with the turn around time, in spite of the job spanning the Christmas holidays. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! See more See less

    Tim and his amazing teammates, Chris and Logan, did a perfect job finishing the conversion of a bathtub area to washer/dryer area. Tim went above and beyond to find matching floor tile. Chris and Logan were so professional, timely, and cleaned up the construction area at the end without a speck of dust remaining. Tim and his team truly exceeded my expectations and I look forward to hiring them again for our next project. See more See less

    If you value high quality work & someone who communicates well throughout the whole project, Tim Reynolds is the one to choose. He did an amazing full renovation to our place in Santa Barbara within the projected timeframe & was fantastic to work with from start to finish. As a meticulous homeowner & skilled DIY’er I have seen so many contractors try to take shortcuts through a project. I often see high quality materials ruined in poor installation on other people’s remodels. Luckily Tim and his partner Chris are the type of people with the integrity, skills & patience to do things correctly which is a rare find in today’s rushed world, and the results are a cut above. On top of being skilled at the building and finishing aspects, he is creative and suggested several changes along the way that improved our final product. He has also built several well known establishments around Santa Barbara that are equally impressive. Going in, I was definitely stressed about finding the right person for this big renovation, but in the end am very glad to have chosen someone I can fully trust to do great work. Thanks Tim Reynolds!
